Support Not Answering- Account Disabled No Reply
I had redeemed an ASUS code and my order had been put on hold and then my account was disabled. I received no email, no reponse from the Gamesplanet team. After trying to reach them on Facebook, Twitter and their support email. This is an awful experience, to just disable my account without any explanation.
Can I please get someone from support to come through to me, I've been waiting days now. I want to talk to someone from your team and discuss this issue.
I will remove/change the review as soon as a support agent tries to reach out to me.
Not only did I lose my order but my entire account which I made purchases on. It's not been a very pleasent experience for me.
Edit: 8 Days now, no response from support.

Instant, Cheap, and No Personal Info Needed
I purchased a Dead By Daylight steam code for 50% off, and the steam key was available to redeem almost instantly. I didn't even need to verify my account or include any unnecessary personal information in my order. I had no problems with my transaction, and would absolutely buy from them again.

Great service every time
Gamesplanet has always been a completely reliable retailer and their customer service is outstanding. A recent fiasco with Elden Ring where the publisher suddenly decided to impose region locks was resolved by Gamesplanet with quick service and no cost to myself, for which I am incredibly grateful. I have every intent to continue using them again.

No help at all, order the code a year ago, finally got the chance to play the game and get following message:
The product code you've entered has already been activated by a different Steam account. This code cannot be used again. Please contact the retailer or online seller where the code was purchased for assistance.
0 Support from Gamesplanet, well I learned my lesson. Hope this doesn't happen to other buyer, please be advised.

I read comments about the redemption process of keys. In my opinion it is very good. There is extra security in place to actually guard the key so it can be refunded if there is no confirmation from the email adress.
